A new alternative to wood based ramps is the open web steel frame structure with a phenolic fiberlaminate skating surface. Our ramp system has a welded steel-bridging frame that can be manufactured to custom design specifications.

It is lightweight, durable and has an engineered landing flexture. The surface substrate is .40 rentention pressure treated plywood, fastened with threaded cap bolts through the steel frame. The skating surface is Skatelite Pro fastened with stainless bolts and locking nuts pre-drilled and countersunk flush to the skating surface. The starting transition is 12-ga. steel through bolted to the frame structure. Galvanized pipe copings and safety railings are also bolted to the frame.

These steel open web structures are portable; they can be moved around the park or to another location.
